RingCentral VoIP offering
Wow… If you can get involved in RingCentral’s VoIP beta program, DO IT.
It’s fucking awesome. And I mean really awesome.
Here’s a sample of the features they’ve got growing:
- Select your own music on hold/ringing music for incoming callers
- Virtual PBX - Setup an auto-attendant with all sorts of different options, including company directory, etc.
- Fax to OCR Document - turn your fax into an editable document automagically
- Delivery of email, fax and other messages to any Inbox. ANY Inbox
- Ring one or more phone simultaneously, or in a sequential order, or randomly, or in groups. Crazy, huh? Better then a call center!
- The VoIP quality is unbelievably good. I actually had a conference call on this with no complaints, and also had two lines going simultaneously with no issues.
I can’t wait for this product to go live. It’s rad.
